s, i like lilligift as a space -- but they really should move to connect, and not build an app -- dave, want to chime in here :)

nate is suggesting linkedin groups, vark, etc. for large communities with high velocity -- "it is hard to come up with the single tool that a large org can rally around" -- it is all about throwing things out there
